• The Procedure: An Indirect Sinus Lift is a gentle, internal procedure performed through the same tiny hole prepared for the implant.

• When is it used? We use this technique when only a small amount of additional bone height (2-3mm) is needed. It is less invasive and has a very quick recovery time.

4. Direct Sinus Lift

For patients with significant bone loss in the upper back jaw, a Direct Sinus Lift (or Lateral Window technique) helps us rebuild the necessary foundation.

• The Procedure: We access the sinus from the side of the jaw to place a larger amount of bone graft material. This elevates the sinus floor, creating a safe, deep zone of bone to hold your dental implant.

5. Bone Grafting and Soft Tissue Grafting
